These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Verus-AI application and website (verus-ai.com), operated by Verus-AI LLC ("we", "our", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
Verus-AI offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Starter and Pro) that provide access to premium features including property lookups, investment reports, and AI assistant messages. Subscription details:
Starter Monthly: $19.99/month. Starter Annual: $199.99/year. Pro Monthly: $49.99/month. Pro Annual: $399.99/year.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account or payment method at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
Eligible Starter plan subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically charged the subscription price. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Verus-AI provides real estate analytics, census tract data, property valuations, and AI-powered insights for informational and educational purposes only. Our data and predictions do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. You should not rely solely on our platform when making real estate investment decisions.
While we strive for accuracy, property valuations, rent estimates, and ML predictions are estimates based on available data and models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data presented. Actual property values and market conditions may differ significantly from our estimates.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content, features, and functionality of Verus-AI, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Verus-AI LLC and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Verus-AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
